I'm hopping that the court room judges are just all the 7 deadly sins. Since this show loves Drama, the decision for what happens may be split between 2 camps. Anti-Stolas, likely Satan, Mamon and maybe Belph? And pro-Stolas, likely Bee, Asmo and maybe Leviathan? They can make a joke about how Lucifer is doing something dumb up there, its also been confirmed that Luci won't appear in this scene, so it can make the verdict undecided. Drama, I love it.

Stolas being hired by blitz after the trial is the most likely outcome in my opinion, since this episode also shows that any random ass person could have some sort of holy object that might prevent the imps from making the kill, if that happens then stolas might have a way of dealing with it since he's the most knowledgeable person when it comes to magic that blitz knows.

I think that it would work if they made it where stolas became more willing to talk it out with blitz after the whole situation. That their relationship doesn’t go back to normal but he realizes that maybe he should hear him out. Maybe he could even ask Ozzie for advice.
But I do agree, stolas being the one standing up for blitz is much more satisfying narrative.
