Which cars needs a Rarity Change in Top Drives?

Lets have a conversation about which cars we all think most need a rarity change in Top Drives.

cars that should drop to a lower rarity (in my opinion) are:
- RQ48 Cadillac ELR
- RQ50 Škoda Kodiaq 2.0 TDI 4x4
- RQ50 Porsche 911 Carrera 2 Targa

Main car i think needs a rarity change is the peugeot maxi, honestly needs to increase to like 65 or something

There's so many to choose from so I'll just select from MY garage...

S81 Audi RS6 Avant Performance (C7) - couldn't believe it wasnt medium with that RQ.

A65 BMW M135i - it's sh!t and i never use it as i always have better options at lower RQ.

A78 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray (C8) - hate to say it but it's too good so should be a legendary.

Generally i dont want too many cars going up a level. It'll hurt to have my M5s, Maxi etc go up and it might kill them. Plus they'll just be replaced with something else. I'd rather see lots of cars drop a level, especially 65s dropping to low 60s so they can be more useful (as they'll be much easier to updade) and have their chance to shine.

I would say
1. (RQ50) Lamborghini miura S it would be a decent super, where its just worse than the other rq50 miura
2. (RQ64) BMW M5 its just way too good to be a 64, could go up to 67 and still be a decent german dragster imo
3. (RQ64) Zenos E10 this is just here cause I want my elise cup to be good again 😢

My top 3 are:
1. MG Metro 684 Clubman
2. Citreon BX 4TC Group B
3. All other unreleased prize epic 4WD OFF rally Cars
All of these are too good to be an Epic and need the Leggie. Would like to see others moved but these are break the game.

I have a really bad feeling the RQ79 Cadillac CT6 will be nerfed to Legendary in the next rarity changes.

The bmw 760Li (95rq) cannot suddenly jump in handling, it is determined by the car and how well the car handles, the bmw doesn't handle well cause it is heavy. There is no point in saying it shoild jump handling cause it can't, what they should do is nerf the rq to around 88-90, buffing the car. Or you can say that the epics in comparison are too op and that they should go to a leggie status

In general i think the 4wd tag needs to not matter that much for rq.. all lambos under 95 are useless for example.

My top 3 annoyances:
(All the holden 65s) 65rq Holden hsv senator signature.
Rq 65 Spyker c8 laviolette its worse than the ur on 64..
And i think the peugeot maxi 64 should receive som mra and go up in rq, its too dominant

1. Rq 40 Citroen CX Rally
Compared to cars in its class, it performs really poorly, one of the only cars it can beat is the Rare Citroen Rally car, push it down to rare
2. Mazda roadster N-RA rq 29
It’s just too good for its class, so good it is one of 2 cars that I have five maxxed
3. The RQ 40 Chevy Camino

It should drop to rare, the 69’ Charger bests it everywhere, and if you have the charger (like me), it’s no use

3 mitsubichi triton absolute needs to be an super rare

Sorry, but I hate rarity changes. I think that Hutch should give correct stats and then hang on to those iso this wet finger work . To me it's just a way for them to earn even more money .Even if their game is already incredible expensive.And what do you get for all that money? Crappy cars and with every bunch of new cars ( new cars are from China) my chance of pulling an interesting car is getting smaller and smaller. And why can't I buy older packs .Still waiting 2 years already for a Jspan PT car to finish Nisom challenge.You 're talking bout crappy ics going down, But for those going down all my brilliant urs will become mediocre epics if I can max them again .And I won't . And I will have to use their renowns on those 4x4 perf and stand cars fro m hell . Last rarity update almost killed me . Afraid the new one will finish that job. This game is meant for everybody, not just for whales.Sorry, Mike .But your videos are for the big ones .Us small boys have way different problems .Like that stupid points system .Why no best of 5 races like in all sports and games. I usually win 3 or wven 4 matches but cars with top speeds over 250mph make more than 150 points or more .. So I loose while in any other sport or game I'd win .It's all in favour of the guys with 100 legs dozens of prize cars .How can new players or guys like me with terribly bad luck .ever grow? And zi DO spend money, so ot's all very unfair .Thos game needd new players m but it is not very appealing for them to join .

Rarity changes wont happen, they will stall and stall and stall but I would be surprised if it happens at all
