Early on some people were saying "Legends Z to A" and that was wrong, but now we find out that the Z-A in Legends Z-A does actually mean going from rank Z to rank A.

Nah, the wild zones still make sense. Just like in the real world, there are animals hanging out in cities, but the bulk of animals live in the wild away from people. I can go camp in a national park, but I can't build a house there because it's an area for the animals.

In Lumiose city, animals (Pokemon) have been allowed to reclaim sections of the city and that is their wild area. People can visit, but they can't live there. Some Pokemon are going to make their way out to the city proper, but they have safe places to return to.

I wouldn't be surpised if there were times that you have to fight a high level Pokemon that has wandered into the city back into a wild zone. Just as someone might call animal control about a bear wandering the streets of a neighborhood.

This all makes a lot of sense to me.

What’s really interesting to me is that the trailers we’ve gotten recently came a month apart from each other. Are we going to continue to get trailers this often or was this more of a one off thing?
I can’t wait to see the new mega Pokemon. If you had to choose, other than what has already been leaked, what Pokemon would you want to get a mega? I personally would love a Mega Hydreigon.

I really like this night mechanic and that we can surprise the trainer ourselves instead of them immediately challenging us with no way to avoid them.

Wild zones are dedicated catching areas. Random encounters in the city are nice surprises :)
