Groceries are the biggest mystery of every budget, and it's so hard to get a hold of it. I used to do keto, and yes, it gets more expensive than eating potatoes and pasta, but it's so worth it! I lost almost 30lbs without suffering a thing.

🇨🇦Grocery is our biggest expense! Per month it is more than our mortgage payment! I feel like we have just accepted it because we are quite frugal buying stuff on sale and not wasting food 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️
