We are asked to find how many moles of sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO3) are required to react with 0.8 mL of sulphuric acid (H2SO4) at STP (0°C, 1atm pressure).

In the balanced reaction, 2 moles of sodium bicarbonate are required to react with 1 mole of sulfuric acid. We are given 0.8 mL of sulfuric acid, so we must calculate from that. Also, since molarity isn't given, we'll assume that it's pure sulfuric acid.

The density of sulfuric acid is 1.84 grams/ml. Given 0.8mL of sulfuric acid, we can calculate there are 1.472 grams of sulfuric acid. Dividing that by the molar mass of sulphuric acid (98.08g/mol) tells us there are 0.015 moles of sulphuric acid in the sample.

Going back to the balanced reaction, we know that for every 1 mole sulphuric acid we need 2 moles of sodium bicarbonate, or for every 1 part sulphuric acid we need 2 parts sodium bicarbonate. Using this proportion, we can multiply the moles of sulphuric acid we calculated by 2 to get the answer:
0.015×2=0.030

The answer is 0.030 moles of sodium bicarbonate are required to react with 0.8mL of sulphuric acid.

The answer to the question at 2:55
The reaction which sodium bicarbonate undergoes is 2NaHCO3 + H2SO4 -> Na2SO4+2CO2+2H2O
To neutralise 2 moles of NaHCO3 we need 1 mole of sulphuric acid..we are give 0.8 ml of it
Since mass= density x volume..the mass of 0.8 ml should be 0.8 x density which is about 1.8=1.44gms
the number of moles of H2SO4 is given weight divided by its molecular weight which is 1.44/98=0.015 moles.
so the moles of sodium barcarbonate would be 2 x 0.015x2= 0.03 moles

3:10 0.03 mol

2 moles are needed for each mole of sulfuric acid and there is 0.0008 mols in 0.8 ml of sulfuric acid so 2×0.008= 0.0016(don't do this)

Edit: so above was completely wrong since you would need to know the concentration of sulfuric acid but assuming it's 100% then you can say
1.8391 g/mL( density of sulfuric acid)× 0.8 mL= 1.47g

Which can then be used to divide by the relative molecular mass to find the number of moles in 0.8 mL or now we know it's 1.47 g

So 1.47g/98gmol-¹
Which is 0.015 mols

Then you can say 2× 0.015 = 0.03 mols

So 0.03 mols of sodium bicarbonate is need to neutralize 0.8 mL of sulfuric acid

Most you know they’re fake because the text is sent the wrong way around. I mean, the daughter had her mom as “BRAT” in her phone but clearly it should be the other way around.

here ig
How many moles of sodium bicarbonate is needed to neutralize 0.8 ml of sulphuric acid?
0.8 mL * 1.8391 g/mL = 1.471 g

Now, convert this to moles

1.471 g / 98 g/mol H2SO4 = 0.0150 moles

The neutralization reaction is

2NaHCO3 + H2SO4 → Na2SO4 + 2H2CO3
2H2CO3 → 2H2O + 2CO2

Overall, the reaction is

2NaHCO3 + H2SO4 → Na2SO4 + 2H2O + 2CO2

The stoichiometry says you need two moles of NaHCO3 for every mole of sulfuric acid. So, you will need

0.0150 mole H2SO4 * 2 NaHCO3/1H2SO4 = 0.03 mole NaHCO3
