Do you have a signature ink?

I’d have to say I think the purple inks in any distinct tone of such are amazing, can’t wait to get my first transfer fountain pen and I’m thinking of diamine imperial purple for the first true fill of my pen.

J Herbin Poussiere de Lune is a mainstay for me. Because it is a darker colour it is appropriate for 99% of situations, and yet still manages to stand out from the crowd.

I don’t think I’ve tried enough colors to have a “signature” one lol. I tend to have one staple color for a few months while my others change then I change the staple to something else when I want to use another well loved color. Right now I am “known” by the fact I use fountain pens lol.

So hard to limit yourself to just one though! For me it could be either J. herbin 1670 Emerald de Chivor or their Rouge Hematite from the same series. I likes that gold sheen over the deep colors.
