Same problem here with my Powerbeats Pro - one ear quit working. I bought a replacement pair last fall, and am already having a problem with one ear not wanting to charge, or having to put them back into the case and close the lid several times to get it to pair and connect -- an aggravation when I'm ready to start my run! I will look at the Beats Fit Pro -- is the charging connection in the case better than the wonky two metal pins with the Powerbeats Pro? Incidentally, I saw that there is a class action lawsuit now filed against apple due to the charging issue with Powerbeats Pro... I'm definitely going to follow that, as the design is obviously not sufficient. :). Thanks for the video!

Thanks for this comparison. I have the Power beats pro with the loop and one of them is starting to go out. Looking at airpod pros and the beats fit pro - huge Apple fan but for wireless sound the beats brand is better. Looks like it continues with the latest gen so will get the beats fit pro ! I have AirPod Pro and PowerBeats. I run and exercise with my PowerBeats and daily drive my AirPod Pros. The main reason is, I've been known to accidentally swipe my ears when a bug gets in my face and it sends my AirPod flying. Searching for the AirPod is not a lot of fun during a run. PowerBeats wrap around the ear and stay put.

I do like the Beats Fir Pro for walking/working out. AirPods Pro…can’t use them! They fall out of my ears all of the time!!! Great review!

Thank you for pointing out THE MOST important feature of ANY "true wireless" earbud. So many of them miss this mark, and so many of them end up being wasted potential as a result. I'm looking forward to the Beats Fit Pro possibly dethroning my Powerbeats Pro in that regard. It would be nice if the fit is as amazing, or even better, while having features the Powerbeats Pro sorely lacks, like ANC and transparency mode. Speaking of which, ironically, the thing the Powerbeats Pro does best is about the only thing is does best. It has certainly aged poorly in other regards.

I gave my AirPods Pro to my daughter and bought the Beats fit Pro I liked them but I got ear fatigue so I returned them and got another pair of pros. I might buy the beats again because they fit so well in my ears, I just won’t wear them for hours on end.

The Power Beats Pro have the exact same H1 chip as the AirPods Pro and Beats Fit Pro. Power Beats just don’t have ANC or transparency mode like the AirPods and Beats Fit Pro do.

I would want the beats fit pro without wings and same size case as airpods pro…. I use the Jabra Sport Elite T75 now and they fit perfectly in my ear and pocket, BUT i Hate that they don´t have the A1 chip. Only being able to use the right bud by itself and not the left. And switching between more than two units is painfull. I us 2 ipads and a iphone daily- + I have apple watch, mac mini and apple TV. Having to un pair units to connect to another is just wrong. And for me I would actually pick the A1 chip over sound quality any day. (Thats why bangO, Bose and sony is just out of the question

Do the Beats Fit Pro make a "thumping" sound when you run when your feet hit the pavement. My Airpods Pro DON'T. I can't stand that THUMPING sound!!!
