The backpack weight reduction mods are useless, when using PA. When entering PA, backpack will be removed, so you don't haven't the benefits of the mod anymore. That is the reason, i use the 60+ capacity mod, and for food and chems i use the perk cards. So both weights go down, and i have the benefits in PA.

So how do people find out the dates and location of Minerva. Other than watching YouTube videos how do I find the information

People should make sure they pick up the farmable dirt tiles simply because it makes planting and organizing said plants much easier. Besides that? Secret Service armor is great at this price and the armor I use on my main (if you don’t have anything with slightly better stats that is).
