Don't hate on my man's rating. The list was made by an OG db fan, who really got touched by Z. There are lots of db fans who started watching the anime at Super or Cell saga, so thats why they hype up the newer forms / techniques.

I agree w/ the list but here's some personal changes:
- SSB - Sh*t tier/Lowest of C: Reskin of SSJ, no real feats, and it overshadowed SSG. It would be higher if it was introduced better. Gogeta & Vegito make it look cool, that's it.
- Beast Gohan - Low B/High C: Cool form but big hair is really goofy.
- Rosé - Low B at least - the drip on Black is immaculate
- Ikari Broly - Swap w/ MUI - Cool power up, but nothing special, just yellow monkey eyes
- Swap Great Ape & UI Sign/Omen

In my opinion I'll make a few changes
-Super Saiyan god is shit tier, it made Goku look like he's from an uzumaki clan
-Great ape form will be in z tier
-MUI and ultra ego Is s tier, the while hair and purple hairhavies a good angel and god of destruction vibes
-Ssj4 is s tier for me, I love the great ape concept and everything just not z tier for me
-legendary ssj broly is A tier, the old movie had a stupid plot, but the fact that Broly was etched into the fans hearts means it was stupid iconic objectively
-SSblue + kioken is A tier, it brought back an iconic move and it opens up other kioken combos which is a win for me
-Ultimate Gohan is c tier Because it literally changed nothing, I think ultimate Gohan should've been a path to ultra instinct

You liked the concept of SSJ2 but you dislike the concept of SSJ Rage? Even tho the way they acquire the powet are practically the same with Gohan was overcome by Grief hence unlocking SSJ2 and Future Trunks was overcome by Guilt hence unlocking SSJ Rage.

I cant understand you man.. also Beast form acquisition is also follows the same concept as SSJ2 Gohan, overcome by Grief hence unlocking the Beast Form of Ultimate Gohan.

Definitely disagree on ss2. Honestly, it's one of the worst in the series since, besides the gohan moment, there's literally nothing special about it. It's just super saiyan again, but like, a little more spiky. I mean let's compare it with the other mainline z forms. Ss1 is ss1, no explanation needed. Ss3 had a striking design that stands out, not to mention a drawback that let's it stand out narratively as well, same with the kaioken. Not ss2 though, that one has quite literally nothing to make it different from ss1, and it can deadass never compete with ss1.

i would put Ultimate gohan lower the form is lazy bland and boring its jsut a bang thats it .
