2023 Honda Civic Hybrid POV Review (Night Drive) [Car Obsession] #HondaCivicHybrid

What's that? Two videos in two days? I spoil you! Hello guys, welcome to Car Obsession, and welcome to another POV review. This time it's the 2023 Honda Civic Hybrid. This was filmed in the height of winter in the UK, meaning the days are short so this had to be filmed towards the end of my day's filming with the car. Therefore, this is a night drive, which I know some of you actually prefer.

At the time of filming there were three trim levels available in the UK; Elegance, Sport and Advance, but according to Honda's configurator, it looks as if the Elegance has been dropped.

The Advance has a starting price of £34,650 and is able to boast a whole host of features including 18" alloys, LED lights, keyless entry, leather seats, heated front seats, heated steering wheel, digital instrument cluster, dual-zone climate control, front and rear parking sensors, reversing camera, panoramic roof, upgraded sound system, Honda Sensing, Honda Connect and wireless phone charging pad.

The new 2023 Honda Civic Hybrid is only available as a hybrid, and is powerd by a 2.0 litre Atkinson cycle engine, which is aided by two electric motors. Combined they produce 184hp along with 315Nm, and this power is fed to the front wheels via an eCVT.

0-62mph is dealt with in a little over 8 seconds, the the top speed is 112mph. When it comes to fuel economy, this car is able to offer up 56.5mpg on a combined run, and emissions come in at 114g/km.

Nice review. Keep doing this great work :) As far as I know the seats in the Advance trim are real leather though (and fabric + synthetic leather in the Sport trim).
