They both sound good in different ways. I like the turbo sound, but the bald eagles screaming out of the coyote sounds awesome.

Ok I won’t lie I have a 3.5 and there’s no denying that the 5.0 sounds better. However it’s loud AF! 🤣 I can imagine getting all kinds of complaints in the neighborhood. I really do like that you can hear the turbos whistle though on the the ecoboost.

My atak is gonna be here tomorrow. Can’t wait! Been putting off buying it since April, but I couldn’t hold off anymore. I considered buying a fully decked out 2018 lariat, led lights, luxury package, all the bells and whistles, but it was an EcoBoost 3.5 and I just couldn’t do it. I settled for a few less features, still a lariat, and it has the 5.0. Strictly for that exhaust note. Gonna get it bolted on at work tomorrow, so excited.

Under load the V6 almost sounded a bit “ricer” when it revved from a still it sounded pretty good.

The turbo whistle is all I need man. I just straight piped my 2018 3.5 ecoboost with all stock piping and stock cats and it’s got a lil whistle to it

5.0 by a mile. Nothing against the Eco, drove one for 9 years but, have never heard ANY V6 that sounds as good as a V8 with duals.
