Hi! I am starting to explore rooting and custom ROMs as the updates for this device are over. Thanks for the detailed walkthrough of the features, I'm really happy to see that the flashlight gesture will remain intact with LineageOS. I have a question too.

From what I have read up until now, I infer that one has to have their bootloader unlocked and a custom recovery installed to be able to either root their phone or install a ROM.
Hence, I want to ask, what custom recovery did you use? I have only ever heard of TWRP, and their official website does not have a custom recovery for this model. I am trying to avoid unofficial TWRP or the many sketchy websites telling me that I can do it without a PC.

I am new to this whole thing, and therefore I don't really trust those websites, because most of them seem auto-generated for clicks. It would be helpful if you could help out a beginner :)
