My father diagnosed with pancreatic adenocarcinoma 4 months ago. Doctors couldn't assess the staging of tumer and did surgery. On opening the abdomen they found the tumer was irresectable. Now it's been 36 days of surgery and my father's CA-19-9 and CT scan reports are not signaling the presence of tumer. My question is where the cancer is gone? Gone to other part? But why is CA 19-9 value is 6 but normal is 37? Can anyone recommend treatment for my father. He is very sick now.
