Independent books are the vast majority of my pull list. Why? Imo, I think those creative teams are generally more focused on creative storytelling and are better qualified to spin those tales compared to some of the bigger publishers.

I highly recommend the deadly duo it’s easily one of the greatest stories I’ve read in a while and it’s artwork is phenomenal

Funny, I looked at my pull list, and yeah, Marvel and DC are currently tied for how many books I'm grabbing from them. Which is crazy since I'm usually 80/20 split for marvel.

But all those books are dwarfed by indies, that's the vast majority of my pulls and excitement for reading atm

Need more DC in your life. Flash by J Adams has been great.B/S World's Finest is also very good.Dc vampires was alot of fun.Batman is good also.

Batman/Joker Deadly Duo is amazing. Silvestris art is incredible. Might be best read as an OHC though. Im looking forward to Immoral X-men, Batman 134, Rogue & Gambit, Poison Ivy & Scarlet Witch this week!

Indies all the way. Marvel has upped their Omni game, so it's easier to pick up later.

Surprised that you're not reading the Avengers War series!!!

Yep, mostly buy/read titles from the independent publishers. Grab a couple of DC black label books but nothing from Marvel. Marvel just seems babyish at this point.

The indie title I’m looking forward to the most is Seven Years In Darkness by Comics Experience. Written by Joseph Schmalke who is an amazing writer. The story seems like a mash up of Strange Academy vs Hunger Games.

Ghost Rider and Captain America for me this week. I don't pick up indies bc they will make a movie or show of the great ones eventually.

My Indy reading seems to be overshadowing my DC and Marvel. I am still loyal to my Batman, Spider-Man, X-Men, Daredevil, Hulk, and Star Wars titles. Seems like DC and Marvel are loosing steam.
