you can get a permanent ban for changing game files. This happened to me in MW2 when I replaced the DLSS file with a better version. Every time I launched the game, Battle net automatically redownloaded the original files. But one day, I received a message saying I was kicked from the game, and I was shadow-banned due to false reports from other players.
Once I was shadow-banned, the anti-cheat system scanned my game files and detected that I had modified game data. Five days later, I received a permanent ban because of the file modifications. The game won’t immediately catch you for modding files, but if you get shadow-banned and the anti-cheat system scans your files, you’ll almost certainly get permanently banned.
After the permanent ban, I tried complaining everywhere, thinking I had been falsely banned due to reports or cheating accusations, but it turned out that the problem was my modified game data

I was crashing on Radeon 24.10, rolled back to 24.7 and no issues. 7900xtx

Crazy how on my 5900X/4090 BO6 runs worse for me than MWII, even optimized and at low settings. CPU is really feeling the pressure now lol

Disabling Anti Aliasing is only possible for Nvidia Cards as Nvidia DLAA is not availabel for AMD Cards right?

i've got an i9-12900k paired with a 3080 OC 10GB, can't seem to get over 200+ average fps in benchmark for the life of me even after the tweak. feel as though this system should be pulling more than that. however, i think disabling rebar did fix the random stutters i was getting.

in your opinion, is the CPU/GPU i've got a good match? i've heard the 12900k may be slightly weak for the GPU, but i'm unsure. Currently pulling about 185fps average in the benchmark results.
