The canucks may not be number 1 but should be top 5 ahead of the jets. No disrespect to the jets because they are a Canadian team and I’m rooting for them. But the canucks have more game breakers than the jets do. Canucks should be ahead of the jets in the top 5. Sorry Craig.

In no particular order:

Vancouver: possible Norris-winner, along with a coach that has his system working to a “T”.

Florida: nasty to play against, and easily pass the eyeball test.

Colorado: outworked Vegas on Wednesday, and might get their captain back for the playoffs.

Vegas: Eichel and Stone willing a bruised team, and their defense depth is the best in the NHL.

Winnipeg: lockdown defense in front of a Vezina-winning goalie, while physically imposing their will.

Honorable mentions:

New York: even with a Norris, Fox is underrated.
Dallas: Duchene/Seguin/Marchment line 👍
Carolina: like a ticking clock, 100% effort every single game.
