12-MIN Full-Body FAT BURN HIIT AT HOME Workout (No Equipment!)

In this 12-minute HIIT workout, we'll do bursts of intense cardio followed by short rests. The cool thing about HIIT is you'll burn calories while you rest, so you'll continue burning loads of calories even after the workout is over.

This is a great workout to do before you jump into another targeted toning workout video. It's also great to do it whenever you're feeling kinda meh and you just want to get a little energy brewin'. I love starting my day with HIIT when I'm feeling weird or whatever.

Before you jump into this workout, do this warmup to help prevent injuries:

Hi, I have been following a number of fitness youtubers but I came acrosss your channel an now you are my new favorite! Your background, your edit theme style, music and especially your workout! Intense! Very intense! And you have long workout too. Just how I want! Drenched in sweat is the best feeling!

I like no rep workout, bur i would like to known if is more effective a no repeat workout or a hiit like tabata whit repetition.
