If your keeping a bunch fish in a bucket of methylene blue wouldn't it be smart to add an airstone in said bucket cause in the video you showed all the fish in the bucket yet there all crowding to the top which is a clear sign of a lack of oxygen and can affect their brain and cause even more stress also methylene blue is good for physical and fungal infections but for this case of red gills id also recommend adding some api aquarium salt as it reduces stress and also works wonders against problems like these.hope this helps!
