Our Journey! How did we get here?
In the winter of 2019 we moved in to our self built van full time to begin living, working and travelling Canada. We quickly fell in love with chasing our dreams of adventuring off the beaten path, living off grid and being self sustaining. We drove our van thousands of miles through various countries-Canada, USA, Mexico & Guatemala. All of which we documented here on our channel, be sure to check that out! After many years on the open road we found ourselves 15 acres of remote woods of Canada where we are building a homestead and renovating our fully off the grid cabin. We are diving into this chapter of our lives in no experience, we're so happy we can bring you all along as we learn to do it all with our own two hands. We are appalled over Cinderella's lack of professionalism and common sense. A company who will not stand behind their product is not a company we want to deal with. "You're supposed to do the right thing . Why? Because it's the right thing to do." Shame on you Cinderella!

Wow, Thankyou for being honest girls, we were actually reading reviews on Reddit and so many said either Dont buy or majority having same problems youve had! Hearing about them saying take down your video and you having so many problems with their customer service and mixed messages, it will also be a NO from us! Just wanna tell you ladies again how much I am proud of you and you should be proud of yourselves. I know in the younger years in our lives was a struggle and is a struggle. However, you meeting each other and going on this life adventure has been a phenomenal chapter in both of your lives, as I told my daughter and her partner who is 30 and they just moved to Alaska from California I am so happy for them that they are both on the same wavelength. I live in a tiny house, on wheels, and have the Separett Tiny. I love it. There is some maintenance of course but you get used to it. My builder installed it for me so I didn’t have to go through that. In the 6 months I have had it I have had no problems at all!

In future, if you have to deal with a company, it's best to communicate only by email. That way, if you ultimately have to sue, you have a paper trail.
