What she means is that men and women are different because they obviously aren’t similar when it comes to looks, and body parts but men and women are equal when it comes to thinking, making actions/choices for themselves and others, and providing for themselves.

We are equal as in terms of everyone is equal in terms of importance until they do something wrong to counter it. If someone dies they will equally be missed in this lifetime unless they commit a heinous crime, because if they are a good person someone will miss them dearly. Everyone is equal in terms of opportunities for love and happiness if we have the right mindset. We are not equal in all aspects like strength as women tend to have more mental strength, have to in order to give birth, and men have more physical strength. However, at the end of the day we should all strive to treat each other with equal respect and love:)
