I don't know why I feel the need to write this here, maybe it's because I can confess without any of my loved ones to read.
Last summer my ex broke up with me, and I ended some relationships with close friends out of desperation. Since then I feel like I lost the love of my life. It's all my fault, and I'm so depressed I can't find the courage to meet new people and move on, so all these thoughts are circling in my head everyday.
