Η παρέμβασή μου στην Ολομέλεια του Ευρωπαϊκού Κοινοβουλίου για τις δραστηριότητες του Ευρωπαΐου Διαμεσολαβητή το 2018.
Ως σκιώδης εισηγητής στον φάκελο «Δραστηριότητες του Ευρωπαίου Διαμεσολαβητή - ετήσια έκθεση 2018», κατέθεσα σειρά τροπολογιών για την αρχή της διαφάνειας και την προώθηση αυτής στο νομοθετικό έργο της Ένωσης και ζήτησα την άμεση τροποποίηση του Κανονισμού 1049/2001 που αφορά την πρόσβαση των πολιτών στα έγγραφα της Ένωσης. My intervention in the debate on the Annual Report on the work of the European Ombudsman in 2018.
As a shadow reporter in the file “Activities of the European Ombudsman - annual report 2018”, I submitted numerus amendments on enhancing the principle of transparency in European decision-making and I asked for the immediate amendment of the regulation 1049/2001 in respect to citizens’ access on EU’s documents.
