Another method is that you complete as much season challenges as you can, collect all the cars, then wait for a season or two and sell them for as much as you can

The auction house is very frustrating you have to wait till the last 30 seconds on a auction to make a bid so you wont get out bid immediately, if you dont get an error message when making your bid

Or just go to the race located at the roundabout traffic and use the highway grinding preset and give it a go. Let's say 30 laps. Take the fastest car you have, you can hear a potcast or just watch videos passively. I would recommend that you take the Regera, because you can get a little credit bonus for driving on manual/w clutch.
Just don't deactivate the rewinds. It will help you a lot! If you aren't VIP and you are driving with the easiest difficulty and all driving assistance you will get like 250k in 30 minutes. But with VIP and unbeatable AI it's around 500k in 25-30 minutes.
