A day in the life Filming Antique Videos | David Harper

Follow me around as I film antiques videos! Starting at 7.30 in the morning to 10.45 at night. This was a trip to London to visit the finest fair of its kind in the world…The Treasure House Fair in Chelsea. I also went to see my friend Charlie Wallrock from Wick Antiques who is one of the exhibitors there. I’ve got to say, I was amazed by the level of pieces for sale. From a model boat for just under a million pounds to a real boat for just under a million pounds! Charlie’s stock, as ever is the best and rarest in the world and I met a number of other dealers selling similarly high end pieces, including one of the most expensive diamonds in the world! What you’ll discover when I release these videos over the next few weeks is how lovely and approachable the dealers and experts really are. Even though they’re selling the most valuable objects of their kind, they’re simply passionate about what they do. Their enthusiasm is infectious and their expertise deeply impressive. What a thoroughly enjoyable day
