Stanley, you and Gen situation is alot like Gennalyn and I situation, although you are a few years ahead of us but alot of similarities. You hit all the key spots and if we kick the can first the girls are taken care of, but they go first alot of quick decision making has to be made by the Foreign Spouse in regards to the house. Great video. I agree with you, I want to leave my wife and daughter with a home to live in after I'm gone and hopefully a source of income as well, whether it be through a pension or small business my wife can run by herself there.

Hey Stanley -- I only want to rent - but perhaps willing to fix up a property for a lifetime lease until I die (as some have done) and 'make it mine' while I'm here. Owner would inherit all my furnishings and improvements when I'm gone. -- Heard of a few win win scenarios like that over there. Negotiations and deals can be had that way. - - - - - Curious about eye exams & glasses costs there + denture repair if needed ? Cheap or expensive ? -- I suspect being electronic hearing aids are costly over there ? Thanks for another good work. 🙏
