Warren Buffet's Secret to Focusing

I found Warren Buffet's story to be interesting on how to really focus on completing your goals. Last year I chose 10 goals that I wanted to complete, but I came up short because I spread myself to thin. With Buffet's method, I am hoping to be able to complete all of my goals this year. Great, simple, and focused. Great stuff. Stop motion worked so well also! Also, goals:

1) Be present and attentive to my new baby, and make sure my relationship with my wife doesn't die in year one of child!
2) Grow YouTube channel and make a new (good) video every single week. At least.
3) Finish writing my first book and secure book deal.
4) Keep running even when it sucks... at least twice a week, preferably four times a week.

That's it so far. Still some open room I guess.

That is very simple. The less topics you focus on the more energy and time you put into it. I have been trying to develop a good growth stimulating daily routine for my self for the past year. There are 5 tasks that I would like to invest time in everyday. But what I found was that it was too much to juggle because I tried to do it all at once. So now I am focusing on doing one task until it becomes a habit. Then I will move onto the next task and hopefully within a year I will be living this life that I want for myself.

Man, the same for me. 5 years of University and still now studying for an exam on the job. Watching videos to get motivation to change my now shitty working life (working 61 hours a week in a job that i hate even if prestigious)... I thought that University would give me an edge in life but when on the job, you realise that you are actually at the bottom and that thousand have a diploma like you from the best places. That's what they don't tell you on University is that your diplomas are worth shit once in the "real" job life. I just realised that i have to move my ass if i want to succeed on job because the real Game just started now...
