I have been searching the internet for a few days to find comprehensive and detailed directions on how to make a waterfall valance. Hi, thanks for the video, if I didn't want to push my rods thru the sides, but I wanted pleats instead, at that four inches mark I would just put my pleats on that same side.

Hi Cecelia I was trying to cut. This waterfall valance but that 16" across on part (4) is confusing me is 8" on the fold fabric and when open you will get the 16" .
