you can use a lock pick and skip needing the key, and thus have the door opem before you evem flip the lever. yes ive tested this, yes it works

It’s easier said than done, I always die to figure at this door since it’s hard for you to see where figure since number 1, it’s a dark room, and number 2, there’s a bunch of hallways

I was so nervous that I didn't even think about hiding on the closet, I just ran for my life until I reached the room on the left corner and crouched. At least I wasn't killed doing so.

When you’re being chased after you open the gate go straight and turn into the left or right room and crouch, it will walk away and then you can keep crouching and find the fuses.

My first time doing room 100 I just crouched when seek came and then used a lockpick to open the electrical room, there were so many close calls

No after you press the lever run to the closets then turn left, right, .and then left. That way you can skip the minigame

Idk how but when I ran back he was chasing me so I got in the closet and he went away, I used the crucifix on him and got the fuses and then I noticed that the figure just disappeared. He wasn’t there at all and when I did the puzzle minigame, he would usually come out of the door after but he wasn’t there for me .

You don't need to do the heartbeat minigame:
When you get chased by Figure, run to the left turn. Then, once you get to the end of the hallway (where there's a right turn), crouch. Make sure to look behind you if Figure still chases you. But in most cases, Figure will retreat and go near the center where it was supposed to go.

My idea is if your bad at the heartbeat minigame, so first at the beggining of the round buy vitamins and a lighter and at jeff's shop aka door 52 buy lockpick and crucifix and a flashlight then when u reach 100 unlock the electrical room with the lockpicks then trigger the cutscene and then use the crucifix on figure to stun him for a while then run and yea then search for the thingies use flashlight when needed and then use vitamins jf figure hears you and hes chasing you then if u have a vitamin left make sure figure isint at the exit then use it and get up then go upstairs take the last one and then if u want to go down downstairs and put ur flashlight in the raft since you wont be needing it for the rest of the run and then go upstairs and go to the electrical room and put the thingies in and then do the breaker puzzle and then run for the elevator. Another way is that before opening the gate, use a lockpick to open electric room, then open the gate, run to the electric thing, and plan out wither way and check on figure

You don't have to get in a closet, it is harder this way. Just run and hide in a room and it is unlikely for Figure to come.

Tip: we all know that when u release figure you have to run to a closet and then sometimes u have to do the heart beat mini game so if u have a lockpick u can use it on the electric box puzzle rooom (idk if this is the name) if u use it on it so when u open that thingy so you can release figure you can hide in that, it’s easier cuz you will skip the heartbeat mini game and u don’t have to find the electrical key for the room! It will kinda save some time ig!

TIP:you can use lockpick unlock switch room then you can hide in that room when you toggle switch

Easier explanation If you have a lockpick use it on the door its not a bug the devs put it in for some speedrunners to save time also if you have the crucifix still not wasting it on seek like come on if you mess up have vitamins you can skip the mini game just run to one of the rooms but crouch as soon as you reach it but be careful sometimes figure will come in thats when the cross becomes useful use it and collect all of them in that room crouch in here since this room figure is at the 8 book speed since figure is raged if you mess up on the running part use vitamins for it for seek you barely need any but if you do the second one use at least 1 or two at the right timing:)

You don't run into a closet, if you have lockpick go through the breaker elevator room after you pull the lever but if not just run into a room and crouch 🥶🥶
