Hi Vita , can not believe he was using a saw on that tree, at least the professionals came to finish the job off, i noticed t how clean Lviv was when i was there ordenary people cleaning the leaves up making it look clean no rubbish on the streets either, here in the uk it looks dirty no one cleans up such a mess, happy birthday to your son hope he has a good day, take care and stay safe , love to you all

Hi Vita. I just found your channel. So sorry about your husband. I often think about how sad it is that people there are losing their loved ones. If you are getting a dog for your teenage son I would suggest a border collie. They are so faithful and just live to please their master. I have had five now. The first one was when my boys were teenagers. Their mother had bought them a small lap dog and it just doesn’t suit teenage boys. Especially as you have the village cottage he will want a dog that can run with him all day or sit around with him when he wants and this is what border collies like to do. They are very smart too.

Maltese dogs can be quite loud sometimes - our neighbors have one and when the dog is on a balcony he always barks when he sees any other dog walking on the street - hope you can teach your dog to be calm.🐕

Take your son to a dog shelter. There are many displaced dogs needing a new home. He can spend time with them, and choose the 1 he likes, Happy birthday

You filmed where I live in central Kyiv, very close to Maidan, 50 m. and yes, life is pretty normal in central Kyiv.

Just keep doing what you are doing, Vita, your videos are always interesting to me. In fact the scene with the guy cutting down the tree was astonishing, fascinating and even a bit scary. 😮😂 It's good to keep showing people in everyday life, trying to carry on with the ordinary daily tasks during extraordinary times. We are all trying to make the best of our lives, this is a universal thing that we all share and makes the invasive war even more insane, only making all struggles even worse for all ordinary people in Ukraine. What is extraordinary though is the spirit of Ukraine, the strength and resilience and defiance of spirit is inspiring. "Invincible Ukraine" indeed 🙌💪👃 I like this phrase. By the way, I have seen videos on other Ukraine daily life channels about dog shelter sanctuaries that I'm sure you already know about, animals that need homing because of the war. If this was a route to re-homing a dog that appealed to you I am sure it would make a highly interesting video (as would the subsequent introduction of a new dog to Fedya!) Anyway, as always, best wishes to you and Ukraine from the UK.

Thanks for the video. You live in a beautiful city. I have learned in the last 2 years that Kyiv is not a two-syllable word only one. I thought maybe you would think that was funny. Hope you are doing well and staying safe. Did you get a dog? The tree episode was crazy! People care about you and your country and wish you all the best. Stay well and be safe.

Thank you for the walk in Kyiv. The city looks quite beautiful. I am sorry to see the loss of the tree, but happy to see the tree did not fall and cause damage. A dog is a remarkable being to have in your life. They do require attention and time, but the investment is well worth the reward. I suggest to people that they take some dog training classes if they are available. This helps both the dog and the people understand one another better; it is well worth the time. All the best in your search for a suitable dog for you and your children.

Hi Vita, Life must go on, no matter what. A dog? How about a Jack Russel? It is a small dog and loves to catch rats! So, it might be a helping hand in your country home.

Your stories are all interesting and sometimes sad and sometimes happy. Whether in the city or in the village....
If there was no war in your country, we would be able to see the happy side that has faded in UKraine now.
I hope you will be successful in university and in city life... German Shepherd dogs are very good. They can help you in the village too. They will protect you in the house and even maybe make the mice run away. Good luck
(I still don't understand why this man was cutting the tree. Did he need firewood? For winter...)❤❤❤

Good video. I really like seeing Kiev. Thanks for the view.
I'd probably wait till after the war to get a dog. Unless it's so important
