Koowheel E-scooter i really wanna buy the d3m koowheel but im scared because i bought a board from swagtron and died on me after 2 days and they are not solving anything ....can i trust your product???? because it looks great ...i just want a board that works 😀

Hello I am hoping someone from koowheel can help me. My board is not charging. When I plug it in the battery pack light on the charger stays blue and does not even go red. at first i thought it was because the battery was full but now it wont even turn on at all and is acting like the battery is completely dead. Am I doing something wrong?
