Esattamente il 10 Ottobre 2021 ci siamo messi in volo verso una delle esperienze più importanti di Skyward. 22 delegati su un aereo diretto ad Euroc, Ponte de Sor, Portogallo, in rappresentanza di tutta l’associazione.
Una competizione di una sola settimana ma che racchiude al suo interno sacrifici, impegno, speranze e un progetto su cui quasi 100 futuri ingegneri hanno lavorato per più di un anno: Lynx !
Lynx ha preso il volo con un lancio perfetto ad un’accelerazione di 12G, sfiorando quasi velocità supersoniche e raggiungendo i 3076m di quota, dove poi si è aperto il paracadute atterrando delicatamente, come Lynx è solito fare, su un albero.
Eravamo certi di aver dato il massimo per questo progetto e partecipare ad Euroc per noi era già una grande vittoria. Ma il nostro impegno ci ha ripagato più delle aspettative riuscendo a vincere il "Team Award" e il primo posto nella categoria "Solid-3Km Flight”!

Exactly on the 10th of October 2021, we took to the air to one of Skyward's most important experiences. 22 delegates on a plane to Euroc, Ponte de Sor, Portugal, representing the whole association.
A competition that lasted only one week but that contained within it sacrifices, commitment, hopes and a project on which almost 100 future engineers had worked for more than a year: Lynx!
Lynx took off with a perfect launch at an acceleration of 12G, almost reaching supersonic speeds and reaching an altitude of 3076m, where the parachute opened and landed gently, as Lynx is used to do, on a tree.
We were sure that we had done our best for this project and participating in Euroc was already a great victory for us. But our efforts have paid off more than expectations, winning the "Team Award" and the first place in the category "Solid-3Km Flight"!
