Hey man, I ordered the Dr Brush Drillbrush a few days ago. I decided to test it out today and while testing, it broke. I was in shock but I found this video and found out they do that a lot. Thx for this video.

While everything you said about craftsmanship as well as mentioning the little details like imprints on the plastic, etc, are all 100% true when it comes to knockoffs or copies of products... I am somewhat disappointed that knowing that, you guys did not take that one final step of having the comparison done by an independent third party which of course is the gold standard when it comes trusting reviews.

That being said, your product does seem to be superior & while on Amazon some of the other companies offer bigger sets, more mixed varieties and somewhat cheaper prices, however I rather buy a set that I can trust. They are obviously offering more to make up for the difference in quality of product.

I specifically googled to find out the original makers as one look on Amazon and I could tell one of these brands is the original and the rest are all copies.

I am not sure how "young" your company is or how many years the product has been on the market, but considering you guys obviously spend more on making your actual products and not using subpar manufacturing standards like some of the others, perhaps you could make one additional expenditure by having a comparison of your product and the various copies on Amazon, done by a reputable third party. Not that I am implying you were not being partial, however again as it is with any other product, third party testing is the gold standard...or at minimum the most trusted.

All that being said, I ordered your set and look forward to working on some areas of my apartment. Your repeat customers will end up helping you clear the field a bit of the knockoffs...

It adds to the confusion that your brand is drill brush making power scrubbers and the competitors are "x" making drill Tbh I have owned both and the knock and yours and have yet to brake any of them doing light work. Idk if this could work for you economically but if you wanted to secure all my future purchases a lifetime guarantee would go along way.

if anything would break, an impact driver would do it. i did not know anything about your company or product and was looking for something like a brush on a wheel like an accessory for a dremel but for a drill, and was surprised it was made; but the knock offs were offered by amazon first and yours was 2 rows buried in the amazon listing. you should enforce your trade mark with amazon vs counterfeit as they are eating your business and amazon seems to gives them preference. after reading reviews about shafts and bristles coming off and seeing you are the originals without such complaints, i bought yours and the knock offs to test myself. i'd rather have quality that will last as labor is harder to refund. they even copy your color scheme and box, and you can sue amazon and holikme?? for damages to recoupe loses to your business. good luck!
