Learn the positives and negatives of nuclear power.
In the ’70s people started getting excited about nuclear energy because it has the technology required to be used on a large scale.
In fact, nuclear energy accounts for roughly 21% of the electricity produced in the US.
Compare this to all of the other renewables like solar and wind which combined only produce 12%
But, nuclear power has a dark side

"The storing of nuclear waste can be challenging and dangerous."
Not challenging at all, kept submerged in pools of water until ready for use in next gen thorium plants. As far as the 'dangerous' part, no one in world history has ever been harmed by stored nuclear waste.

Twitter is still more toxic than nuclear waste 😂
Nice video though, though accidents are rare and Chernobyl was basically because of the USSR, Fukushima was because of bad planning and design, and 3 mile island was because of bad parts and maintenance

I feel like the images of nuclear waste are kinda misleading. it's not yellow barrels, but instead it's a box of concrete and metal for shielding. also, WHERE ARE YOUR SOURCES

If society used 10% less energy it would be better than building 20 nuclear power plants. Instead of thinking about how we can make more energy we should think about how much energy we can do without. Free housing will free us from the need to turn more earth resources into rent money. This would do more for the ecology than a hundred new power plants. Also, we must recognize that waste has become a bigger part of the economic system than need. This is by design and it’s limits are nature itself or the resolve of the people in society who do all the work while owning all the debt.

You missed the main reason why nuclear is failing in the U.S. and that is cost and time to build. The reality is that here in the U.S. it costs $15 billion and 15 years to build one standard 1, 200 Mw PWR or you can build 15 SMR to equal that output. Those are facts based on nuclaer plant construction in the last 25 years here in America.

Actually nuclear energy has the complete opposite effect on nuclear warheads

I feel as if this video is a bit disingenuous. I should highlight the fact that all three of the meltdowns were due to either cutting corners, or not following safety protocols.

This video is misinformation, and glosses over so much information, that you have long-term negative impact on the knowledge of the many thousands that watched this video, without leaving a single link to sources.
