They built a brand new hospital in a river valley. Why didn’t they put it on higher ground?

All of this is beyond my thinking I can not simply believe how bad Tennessee has flooded. I am praying for you all. I work in Healthcare and yes, we are to stay to the end. I have family in Tennessee, and I have called to check on them which they are ok. May God be with you all.

This hurricane is a little bit like Katrina at this point. I live in central Florida about an hour from the coast and my city wasn't hit very hard. I wish I could say the same for the rest of Florida and other states.
