125 Years the first youngest Black American Sits the 12th Seat of the USDA Global Analysis. Commissioned by President Obama 2006, served under 3 Presidents and still sits this seat. He is Known as the Trailer Blazer. Let us recognize this young man while he still serves this position for the USDA as still the youngest and first Black American in 125 years. Yes, the impossible is still being made possible.
