Many to One Relationships in Database Design

This video describes how to do a Many to One Relationship between a Professor and Department table. It uses MS Excel as a "whiteboard" to simply illustrate the principle, and shows the equivalent database design with an MS Visio graphic inserted in the spreadsheet.
