I went to Starbucks in NYC and it was the worst/best experience I ever had as a customer lol.

I ordered my drink and waited forever, and watched this surly black lady put a drink on the counter without saying anything. I finally go ask “Is this mine..?” and she asks “Did you order a vanilla latte?” and I’m like “Yeah..” and she’s all “WELL THEN IT MUST BE YOURS”

GOLD. I will never forget u, Times Square barista.
