Making real Bricks is far less harmful to the environment than whatever synthetic material the other brick is made out of. That alone is reason enough to not even consider the 3d printed one. Brick buildings last for decades or longer. How long will the other brick last? Can it handle summer heat, winter cold, and the elements? Unless those black bricks are made from recycled plastic, i see no point in wasting your time with them.

No it's not the 3D printed one did not win to prove that it would win build a house out of it. Number one and number two. You gave it two points at the end which caused it to win and on the safety test. Real bricks are supposed to be heavy and strong to support a building.
