Love the old Matons. Back in the late 60s very early 70s my mate had a white Maton electric, always loved it. Move ahead to the 90s and managed to come across a Starline cutaway sunburst jazz circa 1961, all original but in need of TLC . don't play it but love looking at it. One of the best axes on the planet.

My Maton EBG808TEC is 10, 415 miles from Box Hill, Australia according to Google map. Great job to all at Maton. I absolutely love this guitar. All of you at Maton guitars have much to be proud of.

I've had a Maton Coolibah since 1972 which had no use for 45 years but i recently started to learn again.

Purchased my first Maton in 2000, because of it's tone. I took it everywhere, even overseas. Sitting under large pine trees in Connecticut, we all passed out guitars into the circle and played along. The Americans had never seen or heard a Maton, I was proud they asked after it and where it was from. Australia 🇦🇺

Always wanted a Maton but could never get one but a few years ago was lucky to finally get a SRS60c that was my dream and last year added a Srs808 and couldn’t be happier with both of them. As a Aussie im proud to own good quality Australian made guitars and will get many more years of enjoyment and playing out of these guitars.

I've been using MATON SRS70 for last six years. I have tried it because of Tommy Emmanuel. I could not afford more expensive Maton but still mine is wonderful! I used to have Ibanez, Epiphone even Martin or Gibson. But Maton is my match. I keep performing in various places and conditions but the guitar is always reliable. It was nice watching the history of the Maton Company as well as the production process in another video. All the best to Maton Guitars!

I'm 70 have been playing since I was 11 but mostly electric a couple of years ago JP Cormier a Canadian musician was reviewing Epiphone guitars after discovering that Gibson had lost their minds and were building Epiphone acoustics that were as good as or better than Gibsons so I was in. I purchased a Hummingbird and then discovered Sigma guitars so I got a Jumbo. I've been aware of Maton and now that the dust has settled I want a Maton.

I owned a total of 5 Mayton guitars

I think I was the one who played the Meiton guitar and showed it in Korea.

I remember someone bought it in Australia...
I bought my first guitar secondhand.
Pickup is ap5...

The main guitar I'm playing now is a Tommy Emanuel model made in 2012..
I currently have 2 guitars...

I bought a Nashville Model 808 from an instrument company today..
The sound is better developed than the previous model, and the microphone system is more powerful..
My neck is so big, but it's hard for an Asian like me to play..
Please lower your neck..
For your information, pickup is the best in the world..
I think most people buy it because of the pickup rather than the sound of the guitar..
Of course, I think the guitar that comes out now is so good than the old one..

Good guitar good pick up.. especially pick up is really.. the best.. thank you..
