There's many beautiful houses built in Kenya and this one is no exception. I have seem many presentations and there's a couple of things I would not have done, if building a new house. First, entering from the front door directly into the living room. I would have an entrance room, where people can take off their shoes (you don't walk inside with outdoor shoes, right?) and also not having different levels on the flooring, like a step up from the living room to the kitchen. As an aging guy I also never hear or see any thoughts given to make the house as accessible as possible for handicapped or even if one should be so unfortunate as one day need a wheelchair, the aforementioned level differences on the same floor, wide doors, no thresholds, etc.
But, this is a beautiful house, much to my liking. Happy new year to everybody.

Another great video, thank you! My question is: why are the bathroom sinks always on the outside? It means that you have to touch the bathroom door handle with your dirty hands. Why not have the sink inside so that all cleaning can be done BEFORE you touch the door handle to open it?

The House looking good and finishing is acceptable. The house is well ventilated.
The cost is bit high... and 6M on skeleton only is over estimated
