Spider-Man has lifted up to 300 tons in Comics he can outmaneuver the best hand to hand fighters in Marvel because of his Spider sense that’s just so OP and will allow him to exploit Stark. But Iron Man could beat him but I don’t think he won’t find out fast enough

Strenght: Spider-Man (matched strenght with hulk who has infinite strenght, lifted the daily bugle and lifting a building while underwater, the 5 battleship thing is overrated, they were in water, their weights were less and he used a rope so the overall weights of the battle ships was less)
Speed: Spider-Man (don’t even, Spider-Man literally “surpassed” him while iron man was flying)
Durability: Spider-Man (tanked hits from hulk, from an angry colossus with phoenix force, from celestials, iron man couldn’t take hits from Spider-Man himself)
Iq: Spider-Man (in comics iron man iq is 187 while Peter iq is 250+)
Battle iq: Spider-Man (sorry but iron man makes shitty decisions in battle, just read comics)
Experience: Spider-Man (in marvel timeline he got his powers one year before tony created his first suit + now Peter is in early 30s and got his powers at 15 so he has 15+ years of experience)

Winner: Spider-Man, mid diff (probably low-mid) this is comics, there’s no chance of iron man beating Spider-Man in comics, it can be holding back spidey, bloodlust spidey or full power spidey, he still beats iron man, in live action it’s more debatable but in comics Spider-Man always defeated iron man with no difficulty
Edit: I forgot one feat, nearly killed fire lord, a galactus herald, if avengers didn’t intervene he would have killed fire lord, and just realize the fact that you choose iron man best feats while not for Spider-Man and I am waiting for Spider-Man speed feat which you didn’t say)
