At around 7:09,

I didn't understand why in A U B' you included 6 and 7...

B = {2, 4, 5, 6, 7}
B' = {9, 10, 17, 19, 20, 21}

The way I see it is instead of painting the circles in color, you could just paint B in one color and say that A U B' is everything outside of the colored circle B.

Am I not getting something ?

A = {6, 7, 9, 10, 17, 19}
B' = {9, 10, 17, 19, 20, 21}
Then Obviously A U B' = {6, 7, 9, 10, 17, 19, 20, 21}.
