Modi should clarify during the 6 years of his tenure how many of the following he has built:

1. Government Hospitals,
2. Government Medical Colleges

Modi in his entire 6 years of rule hasn't built even a single Government Hospital or even a single Government Medical Colleges. Under his rule we don't have hospitals and don't have doctors to the extent of our 130 crores of population, therefore, lockdown is the only option available. But Modi should have made arrangements for travel of migrant workers to their natives ... it's sad to see these migrant workers walk their way back with little children and their belongings ... Very sad ... In such situations every migrant worker should be asked to report to nearest magistrate's office and based on the number of migrants and their native state the logistics should have been worked out so that such migrant workers are spared the suffering that they have undergone now ... People from Bihar and UP should ask themselves why they go to work in other states ... See this is what happens if you elect leaders like Laloo, Nitish, Mulayam, Mayawati, Yogi, Modi, Amit Shah, Sengar all of whom are persons of third rate character and integrity ... Elect good leaders so that you are not forced to go to other states for your bread and butter wherein you will only end up being treated like animals in other states ... Don't elect these third rate goons next time ...
