Ah.. I remember finding that door on my first playthrough and then the strong box that's underneath the basket nearby in the ruins I loved it.

There is another one kinda like that in a cave - Wooden barricade with a locked (but pickable) gate; but the barricade does not connect to the cave walls so you can just walk around it. 😁

Yes i know how to get past that door there is an individual here on youtube that would make short work of that door, he starts all of his videos with, "This is the Lock Picking Lawyer".
