I'm a native American English speaker. The word "admirable" would not typically be used as a synonym for "cute" or "adorable." Admirable is more typically used when you are expressing that you respect someone or something. For instance, if someone said "Bob donates a lot of money to charity, " then one way to respond might be "That is admirable."

As a native English speaker, you would never say someone's dog is admirable.

Admirable means when you look up to someone or something and want to become just like them

You can also say “quite”, British people use that word quite a lot FYI.

As a native american english speaker: Please do not say 'lit'. It's a slang term that's now outdated.

Here in America “admirable” is often associated with respect rather than cuteness.
