many ai tools can’t read multi-column resumes like the skills section and will pass over resumes with them automatically

Would not read. First have to look 10 seconds to find the education section to know your expected grad date to see if you are full time or part time candidate. So if this is a uni student already sorted. Second, no one actually wants to read a professional summary. We want the real facts, the work experience and job duties or relvant courses etc. Third too dense, too many line items, and not enough bullet points or lists.
