I met Rob at Hideaway Guesthouse in Pattaya. I got to show him my metallic Lamborghini orange moped LOL. He is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. Thanks, Rob.

One thing Rob my father taught me was to avoid open-air steam rooms... 😅🎉

Problem with 2 week notice is many companies will tell you to leave as soon as you give notice so you can't do any damage on the way out the door. So be ready to go as soon as you give notice .

Rob,
In the U.S. nurses could often do this also. As long as you are a good employee you can leave on good terms and be welcomed back a year or two later.

In some cases you can leave one hospital to work as a "traveling" nurse for much more money AT THE SAME HOSPITAL that you had previously left.

Yes; you are working at the same hospital, on the same unit, with the same cowokers that you used to work with, but with a different emplorer at a much higher salary. This was possible because of the severe nursing shortage in the 90's - 2010's. Nurses held all the power. I am retired and don't know the current situation however.

Back in the day, in Las Vegas, you could be fired at one job, walk across the street, and get hired the same day. Not anymore, though.

Why do you find this so hard to fathom?
It is called the gig economy?!?
You go to where the pay is better, like self employment...
When did you last work for twenty U.S. a day? Next door they offer twenty five a day, for same work; Dope.
Thick as mince.

Question: Is your sole income YouTube? I'm not being nosy, but it doesn't seem like enough to have a decent standard of living.

I guess it all depends on the contract. If someone has no contract of employment and is paid daily, well they can change as soon as they've been paid. Someone on a monthly contract is unlikely to leave and change jobs until they've been paid. Whilst they may have something lined up, they are extremely unlikely to leave their employer with a Brucie Bonus and the worker's salary in hand.
