The first photo of Princess Kate since she announced her cancer diagnosis was released. The 42-year-old future queen of England was casually dressed in jeans, a pinstripe blazer and sneakers. Her gaze is fixed upward as she poses on the grounds of Windsor Castle. The image was released with an update on her medical condition. "I am making good progress, but as anyone going through chemotherapy will know, there are good days and bad days," she says.

My cancer doesn’t respond to chemo so I have not had chemo, but I have other disabilities and chronic health issues and have good and bad days. It is exactly as she describes it. My whole life is like this and my full time job is to take care of my health. Hope the treatment works well for you Kate. ❤

I’m in remission from breast cancer. I did what everybody does when they have cancer, chemotherapy, followed by surgery (to check to see if it’s all gone)), and then 30 days of radiation. I lost all my hair, my eyelashes and even my eyebrows. Kate is very lucky to be going through all of this and still keep her hair. I’ve never heard of that but all the cancer patients I got to know. She is very blessed.❤️✝️🙏
