I followed these steps before I found your video because I used the chat to get help on the app. I first deposited £5, and was told it will take up to 5 working days to register and I would get an email. That never happened so when I got back in touch, I was told I had to deposit a minimum of £20 and had to wait again. I'm well past 5 days and still the same issue. I'm so fed up of Crypto. Now, I cannot seem to get hold of support on chat within the app. Have you any advice?

I've done that and each time they refund the £1 back. They keep asking bunch of documents to prove that I have deposited the money. They asked me for statement of transaction, which I sent them and now they say that my name isn't on it. They will continue to make it impossible to get your money, bunch of scammers! Don't fall for it,
