Welcome to the most efficient, effective and thought-out Special Forces Training Program.

During this 100 days Training Program we will cover as efficient and effective as possible every aspect of a proper preparation for almost any Special Forces Selection.

1 - Every Training day will start with a mindfulness meditation followed by reading your very own written mission statement.This will serve as the most effective method to gain insights on your thoughts, feelings and character as well as development of your GRIT!

2 - Depending on your daily obligations and work duties you will perform your workout, often consisting of compound exercises to cover the most relevant aspects for YOUR physical preparation.

3 - A decent recovery phase after your workout is mandatory and should be executed every single time with intention.

4 - The last part of every day is the development and strengthening of your reading habit. Never neglect reading a good book on a SOF-related topic during your preparation. This will defenitely set you apart from all the other candidates.
